WHEN CAN I GET A MACHINE?

We have some machines in stock ready to go. Client needs vary considerably as do the machines so generally from order to delivery is anywhere between 6 - 12 weeks depending on the machine. We can turn around quicker but tis will add to cost

HOW CAN I REQUEST A DEMO?

Yes. Get in touch either by phone or by email and we will be happy to help. We generally keep machines in stock that can be demonstrated.

HOW MUCH DO THESE MACHINES COST?

This is a piece of string question. We have base pricing for the standard machines however most machine requests have so many variables that it is impossible to produce a cost sheet to pick from. What we aim is to supply our customers with a product suitable for their needs now and in the future

WILL MY MATERIAL CUT?

Send us the materials you are looking to cut and we can test cut for you. We can find the correct machine and correct tools suit your requirements.

WHAT HAPPENS IF OUR MACHINE BREAKS DOWN?

We are here to help and will not leave you to fend for yourself. We have service engineers that are on call to assist in keeping machines productive. We have a warranty on all machines for 12 months which can be extended on. We also offer tiered service packages which help to keep the cutting machines in peak condition reducing downtime and extending machine work life.

WHAT ARE CONSUMABLES?

This again depends on the machine and what you are cutting. The laser cutter require very little in the way of maintenance and servicing. The oscillating knife cutters will require blades which we supply in different pack sizes or we can set up a regular delivery to suit your requirements.

DO YOU HAVE A SERVICE PLAN?
