OKKURA OKC1800 RANGE
The OKC1800 range with its slightly larger cutting width is designed for 1,800mm wide material rolls.
Available in dual or single tool as standard, these models can also be specified to use twin dual heads and multiple beam setups.
The OKC1800 range consists of three basic sizes/lengths 1816, 1820 and 1830. Depending on cutting requirements you can specify any model with an auto cut HD camera, single, dual or quad heads + tools, single or dual beam, conveying or static load systems, along with eight tool options and 100+ different blades. This ensures that these OKC machines can cut a wide variety of materials including carbon fibre, glass fibre, foam, leather, fabrics and neoprene.

OKKURA OKC1800 RANGE EXPLORER
Our most compact model within the 1800 range with a 1,800mm x 1,600mm conveying cutting space, it's available in dual or single tool guises. Our 2022 digital cutters offer unsurpassed cutting accuracy with the latest 2022 updated software interface.
The OKC1825 will take a full size standard sheet with it's 1,800mm x 2,500mm conveying cutting space. Available in dual or single tool guises, our 2022 digital cutters offer unsurpassed cutting accuracy with the latest 2022 updated software interface.
Our longest bed option in the 1800 range, the OKC1830 offers 1,800mm x 3,000mm conveying cutting space. It's available in dual or single tool formats and offers unsurpassed cutting accuracy with the latest 2022 updated software interface.

MATERIAL CUTTING CAPABILITY
The OKC1800 range is ideal for material widths up to 1,800mm, either flat sheet or roll materials, with a maximum cut depth of 40mm. All 1800 range models are all available with dual or single tool head options and can be ordered with a wide range of tool sets for different cutting and creasing applications.

It's all part of our service to you offer you comprehensive training on FLEXISOFT 21, as part of our installation process. Within which we'll also help you set up your cut files to optimise them for your material cutting needs.
UNIFIED PRODUCTION
To streamline the cutting production process we have developed a unified production material handling system. This includes close proximity vertical material storage, automated material feeding and our hopper allowing cut material to be collected. Another unique feature of the unified production system is our vacuum picker. This allows operators to pick cut material from the OKC bed without having to stretch over the machine, reducing fatigue and the risk of injury.
