OKC2530 with it's 2,500mm wide x 3,000mm long bed is almost as big as these get, we only have one larger than this. These can be specified to be dual beam, twin dual head or stand single beam dual head depending on your cutting requirements. Unlike the smaller width ranges we only offer this in a single 3m length option.the OKC2530 digital cutter offers unsurpassed cutting accuracy along with the latest 2022 updated software interface. MATERIAL CUTTING CAPABILITY
OKC2530 is ideal for material widths up to 2,500mm, including both flat sheet and roll materials. Maximum cut depth is 25mm. The OKC2530 is available with dual head, twin dual head or single tool head and can be ordered with a wide range of tool sets for different cutting and creasing aplications. Materials that are suitable for cutting with the OKC range of machines vary hugely but here are a few that our clients regularly cut. Cardboard, rubber, foam, neoprene, polyester, leather, PVC.

Our machines would be nothing without the cutting-edge software FLEXISOFT 21, created by SAI.
This advanced operating system allows users to create high definition cut files that work seamlessly with the OKKURA control interface employed on all of our cutting machines.
It's all part of our service to you offer you comprehensive training on FLEXISOFT 21, as part of our installation process. Within which we'll also help you set up your cut files to optimise them for your material cutting needs.
UNIFIED PRODUCTION
To streamline the cutting production process we have developed a unified production material handling system. This includes close proximity vertical material storage, automated material feeding and our hopper allowing cut material to be collected. Another unique feature of the unified production is our vacuum picker. This allows operators to pick cut material from the OKC bed without having to stretch over the machine, this reduces fatigue and risk of injury.
